Facebook has rolled out its redesigned website for desktop with dark mode for the majority of users around the world. The social-media giant first announced the redesign in the F8 conference this year.
It later tested the redesign in October last year. This year, in March, Facebook even let select users switch between Classic mode and Dark mode for desktop. To activate the dark mode, the Facebook desktop user had to go to the Settings option and select Activate Dark Mode from the drop down option.
Now, New Facebook is rolling out for all desktop users globally.
"Facebook has now launched its new redesign for all users. This week we introduced the new Facebook.com. It’s faster, easier to use and gives your eyes a break with Dark Mode," Facebook’s blogpost noted.
